AvCal, the availability calendar from BeachBlue Web Design and Development, is a new product aimed at assisting accommodation related businesses to manage their room bookings. The system is currently in use by a number of guesthouses, Bed & Breakfasts, static caravan companies and more.
AvCal incorporates client management as well as managing bookings of a number of different rooms/buildings/caravans at the same time. A visual availability calendar can be displayed on your website detailing live booking availability.
The administration of your calendars is done quickly and easily, direct from the BeachBlue website so you will always have the most up to date version of the software available.
Until now, AvCal has only been available when obtaining a site designed and built by BeachBlue – we are now making the system available to all!
